Technical Assistance and Capacity Building for Agencies

The USC site has the ability to provide assistance to improve quality of care and expansion of access to HIV care for Ryan White Care Act funded HIV clinics and other community clinics that serve minority and underserved populations. Areas of technical and capacity building assistance include:

  • Quality Assurance
  • Prevention for positives
  • Standard of care to meet and/or exceed federal guidelines
  • Clinical service coordination
  • Clinical service evaluation
  • Development of in-service education
  • Workplace issues including ADA requirements
