Peter J. Katsufrakis, M.D., M.B.A.

Peter J. Katsufrakis, M.D., M.B.A. is a Board-certified Family Physician, and has been the Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Assistant Professor of Clinical Family Medicine at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California (USC) since 1993, and the Chief Financial Officer for Educational Affairs of the Keck School since 1998. He is the principle investigator of USC's Pacific AIDS Education and Training Center, where he pioneered a program to train physicians and other health care professionals to care for HIV/AIDS patients, while working concurrently as faculty of the California Medical Center Family Practice Residency program. He presently sees patients in 5P21, the LAC+USC outpatient HIV/AIDS clinic.
Dr. Katsufrakis received his baccalaureate degree from the University of California, Berkeley; his medical doctor degree from the University of California, San Diego; and completed residency training in 1988 at the Santa Monica Hospital Medical Center Family Practice residency. He obtained his masters degree in business administration from USC's Marshall School Executive MBA program in 1998.
