Finding the USC School of Dentistry and Parking:
The USC School of Dentistry is located on the University Park campus, also known as the Main Campus. We are on Jefferson at the corner of McClintock, which is between Vermont and Hoover. Our address is 925 W. 34th Street, Los Angeles, CA . The front door of the dental school faces the campus on 34th street.

This is the easiest way to reach Parking Lot 1:
From the 110 North, exit at Exposition, turn left and pass under the freeway. From the 110 South, exit the freeway at Exposition, and turn right (west). You will pass the California Museum of Science (on the left) and the USC Campus (on the right). Turn right on Vermont (north). Turn right on Jefferson (east). The entrance to the parking lot will be the first driveway on the right, and it will say “Gate 8”. Parking is $6.

From the parking lot at Jefferson and Vermont, turn right at the sidewalk and continue east on Jefferson. Cross McClintock, and look for a parking lot on your right. Cross the parking lot and enter the School of Dentistry through the back door. The dental school is a four-story white building with dark windows.

Parking at University Village (across the street from the School of Dentistry) is a very bad idea. U.V. has an effective video surveillance system. They will tow your car if you park there and cross the street.

Eating in the University Park Neighborhood:

University Village fast food options include Burger King, Subway, Yoshinoya and, around the corner, Wendy’s. These are the quickest and least-crowded places to eat.

The International Food Court at University Village has salads, pizza, Japanese food, Korean food, Chinese food, Sandwiches, Fish & Chips, and Pasta. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating is available.

Denny’s is across Jefferson at Hoover, one block east of the Dental School.

The Commons is in the center of campus, offering Carl’s Jr., Wolfgang Puck’s Pizza, a convenience store, a salad bar, La Salsa, and others. Very crowded by 12:00.

Cafe ‘84 is a cafeteria-style eatery on campus, near the School of Dentistry. It has Mexican food, Chinese food, a salad bar, pasta, pizza and Jamba Juice. Also very crowded unless you get there before 12:00.

Getting Back to the 10 East or 110 North:

Turn right when you leave Lot 1, and turn left (north) at Hoover - you’ll see Denny’s on the corner. After you cross Adams, begin looking for the entrance to 10 East. Don’t let this confuse you...it’s the quickest way to 110 North.

Get on the 10 going east, and immediately move to the center lane. 110 North will be a quick left exit.

Getting to the 110 South:

Exit Lot 1 and turn right. Turn right on Figueroa (past the Shrine). Look for 110 freeway signs at Exposition.
